Success for All Education Trust, serving approximately 3,000 students across three schools, has embraced Lightspeed Insight since January 2024. This innovative solution has enabled the Trust to enhance its educational programmes while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

THE CHALLENGE: GETTING AN OVERVIEW OF APP USAGE AND COMPLIANCE

Joshua Stephens, Trust Strategic Data and GDPR Lead, was tasked with ensuring that all applications used within the Trust were compliant with GDPR standards.

Prior to implementing Lightspeed Insight, the Trust had not utilised a system that provided such comprehensive oversight of app usage.  As a growing trust, they also needed to involve the finance department in reviewing Insight to identify potential cost savings.
