A Library of Resources
The solution comes preloaded with links to crisis helplines and resources in one easy-to-access place. Resources are configurable to meet your specific use-case and can be localized and replaced with your own resources. Resources can take the form of phone numbers, text numbers or URLs.
Community Training
Students and staff are the eyes and ears of your school. That is why we train them to recognize warning signs of individuals who may be in need of help or are a danger to themselves or others. By having so many people recognizing the signs, you will create an upstander culture that looks out for one another.
Team Communications
Team members assigned to receive and act upon incidents can share information and dialogue with one another. This helps coordinate response and action to submission and, importantly, ensures transparent, timely communication.
Two-Way Messenger
Assigned team members and local law enforcement (as needed) can conduct 2-way messaging with the submitter of the tip to gather more information of the situation. This allows responders to the tip to make better informed decisions before actions are taken.
Block Inappropriate Media
ARS features two methods to block inappropriate content uploaded in a tip. First, the tipster can mark the file(s) as inappropriate blocking anyone from viewing them. Second, our incident response specialists can block files while monitoring or vetting the tip. The result is staff will not be able to view until an authorized official requests to view it.
Powerful Reporting
The solution provides standard reporting on tip types, day of the week, time, etc. along with a dynamic reporting system and framework that can be customized to output your specific data needs.
Always On
Emergencies are never convenient. Our Help Center is operational 24/7/365 days per year.
Emergency Management
When crisis strikes, we help you connect your staff in group communication and connect with external resources, like law enforcement.
