Now, that visibility can be customized based on different roles across the district.

School leaders – from principals to instructional coaches, finance officers, technology directors, and education services staff – can now easily access dashboards and tools customized for their role, that will help them optimize decision-making, resource allocation, and overall educational outcomes.

Key Features

Custom Roles: Districts can create an unlimited number of custom roles, each with specific permissions tailored to various user needs. This flexibility ensures that everyone, from finance personnel to IT admins, has access to exactly what they need while maintaining appropriate access controls and data visibility limits.

Campus-Level Roles: Principals and other school-specific users can have access restricted to just their respective campuses. This targeted access helps maintain data privacy and relevance, making it easier for school leaders to focus on their own school’s data without being overwhelmed by district-wide information.

Principals can access only the data relevant to their schools, allowing for focused and secure management of school-specific information.
